Thejas is the Founder and Director of FIBACT, an Accounting Firm which helps the CPA firms as their extended team.
He is an US Enrolled Agent and can represents clients before the Internal Revenue Services (USA). He has more than 20 years Public Accounting experience. He and his team possess expertise in Cross Border Tax Services (US and India), Individual and Business Tax Services, Accounting and Audit Services.
During his tenure with E&Y, he has provided US tax compliance services for hedge funds, private equity and investment partnership clients of varied investment strategies and fund structures – domestic and offshore entities, master-feeder structures, fund-of-funds, management companies and PFIC’s.
Having worked internationally – Boston, Chicago, New York and London he understands the International Tax issues.
